PLANNING AHEAD

We all have things that we do on a daily basis for example:cleaning,washing,cooking and many others.Sometimes it can be overwhelming and we may forget to take care of our physical and mental health.In spite of having tight schedules,we have to create time and concentrate on our physical health.There are a number of suggestions on what we can try to do.

 

        1. EXERCISING ON A REGULAR BASIS.

 

Exercise is a very important activity that we should practice on a daily basis or at least 3 times in a week.You can start with simple exercises like walking,jumping jacks,pushups and short distance running and as you progress you will automatically find yourself doing more.


         2. EATING HEALTH.

 

                 

Eating a well balanced diet provides your body with essential minerals,vitamins and nutrients that keep you strong and energized throughout the day.Proper eating also helps one to maintain healthy weight and reduce risks of chronic diseases.


         3. GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP.

 


 

Finally I would recommend sleep.You ought to have enough sleep.This is very vital because it reduces stress,boosts the immune-system,helps you to be in a good mood😄😄, it helps you to stay at a healthy weight and many other benefits.

Let us keep in mind that in order to achieve this you have to spare some time in your schedule for your "ME" time.
